1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SQL Diff Tool, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SQL Diff Tool provides a platform for comparing SQLite database files and identifying differences in tables, rows, and schemas. The service is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers offering varying features and limits.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Data and Privacy

Your uploaded database files are processed temporarily for comparison purposes and are deleted after processing. We do not store or retain your database contents. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. Limitation of Liability

SQL Diff Tool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the service interface.
